About Us

Hi! My name is David Fillipitch, and I created "Hey Dave" to help folks like my parents and grandparents with all their tech challenges. For years, my family and friends would ask me for tech support. "Hey Dave, can you help me with....." Everything from getting wifi to work, to understanding how to use an app, to figuring out how to to print a document from their phone, I saw a need. With many people social distancing, I've helped lots of people with Zoom, Skype, and Facetime to allow them to talk with friends and family. I found I love to help people get their technical devices (phones, printers, TVs, remotes, routers, etc.) to work properly. In addition to your devices and apps I've also spent hours on the phone with cable companies like direcTV, Dish Network and Comcast to bring resolution to cable/satellite tv issues. Hey Dave is here to help you with your tech challenges. I attended the University of Missouri and studied Information Technology in the Computer Engineering Department. I'm 27 and currently enrolled at ASU as an IT major.
