Hey, Dave can you help me.... Being technologically challenged, my husband and I tried to solve our Netflix reception problem. We thought we needed to install a new piece of equipment and spent an hour plus with no results! Called Dave at Hey, Dave, Can You Help Me With..... He came, saw, fixed and made sure we were confident regarding the new equipment and its use. A very nice person and so knowledgeable! We recommend him to anyone that has some “challenges”🙂.

TV Mounting and set up streaming. We have a young man right here in SCF who can mount your TV to the wall and get you all set up with streaming and walks you through the process! I just used “Hey Dave” yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased! He is very professional and knows what he is doing! Help With Tech Issues, TV Support, App Support. I had Dave from "Hey Dave, can you help me with ..." address my internet connectivity issues on my TV, taking my various controls for the TV down to two, and now my TV, Netflix all work superbly! I highly recommend Dave. – Kirsti Lawson

Hey Dave. David, with Hey Dave!, is outstanding! I have an older MacBook laptop computer that runs fairly well, but upon initial start up, due to a program I download years ago, it was slow and opened up numerous windows that had to be bypassed and/or closed out. It was annoying, but I worked around it for years. I had taken the computer to the geniuses at an Apple store one time and they could not correct it either. I had Dave come over and take a look at my computer and within just a few minutes he had eliminated the culprit program and now it starts up quickly and immediately and has not given me any problems since. Also, he spent a few minutes cleaning up my computer and make sure it was operating at its maximum capacity. I would recommend Dave for any computer or any other technical problem. He was fast and efficient and very professional.

“We first used Hey Dave for technical support putting together a family check-in and happy hour during the early days of the coronavirus quarantine. Dave initially helped us connect across multiple time zones via FaceTime, but then he suggested that we use Zoom so that the video of our relatives would better fit our computer screens. Dave cheerfully walked several of us through the transition to Zoom until we were comfortable with the platform. Dave is that rare techie who also has the social skills to put anyone at ease.
